The product, in the report: OXO Baby Wipe Dispenser Model PerfectPull™ Wipes Dispenser Description Easily keep one hand on wriggly tots while using the other to grab a wipe with the PerfectPull Wipes Dispenser. The weighted plate dispenses one wipe at a time and the silicone gasket keeps wipes fresh and moist.

Wew have two OXO baby wipe dispensers that have both failed leaving a small choke hazard size latch about the size of a quarter that continually falls out and is a major choking hazard. One time only I had to pull the latch from my 1 yo’s mouth.

The locking latch is held in with only two plastic bumps that do not have the grip to keep them in place consistently
