The product, in the report: Nikon S6500 camera packaging

I purchased a Nikon 56500 camera from Cost co on 1 !19/14. The camera was in the plastic container which required the use of a scissors. When I cut the packaging the packaging was extremely sharp and even shattered when I opened the packaging. The shards were as sharp as a knife. I only got a very small cut on my finger but it would be very easy to seriously injure the hand or have a shard fly into an eye. This was by far the most difficult packaging to open. I know they are trying to avoid theft but as a consurner I am entitled to a product I can safely open.
