The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. First aid

Made Jul 20, 2026, sent to the company Jul 23, 2026, published by CPSC Aug 6, 2026

The product, in the report: Natrol Melatonin 10 mg 60 gummies

I was on the chat support with a person named [REDACTED]. The agent deliberately ended my chat support as I was still asking questions. [REDACTED] did not care what I was talking about at all. My order [REDACTED] for Natrol gummies exploded on me. The top was half on and when I lifted it all the way off it was the biggest bang. The top hit me in nose and forehead hard. The top was burnt, it smelled atrocious throughout my whole room on a already hot smoke filled day. I couldnt get the smell out of my room for hours. I was coughing from the fumes into the night day my throat continued to feel alike something was in my throat. Because of the already bad air quality I never left my house because I was afraid of adding more issues to how I was feeling. Tears was constantly coming out my eyes for the rest of that day into the following day 7/19/26. Item delivered 7/18/26. I endured for 1 1/2 days health issues. I really believed this items was tampered with. I have anxiety and panic issues
