No one hurt Made Nov 14, 2020, sent to the company Dec 4, 2020, published by CPSC Dec 18, 2020
The product, in the report: Kirkland signature Children’s Aller-Tec Cetirizine Hydrochloride oral solution 1mg/ml antihistamine 8oz (240mls) grape flavor sugar free dye free.
Costco Aller-tec children’s syrup has a sticky build up issue no matter how you pour the syrup. The build up makes is so that the child resistant cap is rendered useless. Both my 3 and 4 year old were able to remove the cap even though it says to push and turn. The build up makes it so the bottle never fully closes unless you are able to rub the top and inside the cap with a warm cloth after each use. This has happens with each of the 4 bottles we have used over the past 6 months.

No one hurt Made Jan 10, 2018, sent to the company Apr 17, 2018, published by CPSC May 1, 2018
The product, in the report: Cardboard and plastic- Complete Nutrition Shake
Caller is reporting that while feeding his elderly mother with the nutrition shake he noticed that she was spitting out blue tiny balls, which seemed to be hard plastic. He stated that he looked inside the container and noticed that the lining inside had white and blue colors looked like sand. Caller opened another container and it was the same.
Caller contacted the retailer and they advised that they would loo into the matter.
Caller feels that the material used to manufacturer the product is inadequate and cheap. He is concerned that this could cause a choking and health hazard.
