The product, in the report: Johnson and Johnson CottonTouch Newborn Face & Body Lotion - pump dispenser and Johnson and Johnson bedtime bath - baby wash
On or about April 15, 2021, my 8-month old grandson was holding a bottle of Johnson and Johnson baby lotion when I heard him scream. The nozzle on the pump was extremely sharp and cut the bridge of his nose, very close to his eye. Luckily, it missed his eye. I contacted Johnson and Johnson and reported the problem. The representative I spoke to said “this concern doesn’t happen all the time.” However, we also have an opened bottle of J&J baby wash that also has a very sharp nozzle on the end of the pump. I spoke with a representative at J&J who offered to refund the cost of the 2 products. I declined this and told him that what I really want is for J&J to fix the nozzles on the pumps of products that are sold for babies. Frankly, I don’t think they care about it, which is why I am turning to you.
