The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

First aid Made Mar 2, 2020, sent to the company Mar 10, 2020, published by CPSC Mar 24, 2020
The product, in the report: Iams perfect portions premium adult cat food, multipack.
Iams perfect portions cat food packaging comes as two separate servings of cat food individually sealed in a single piece plastic butterfly type pack. The hard plastic tray is designed to be snapped apart into individual servings (and so you can throw away the used side’s packaging). While opening one of these separated packs I sliced my finger open on the very sharp edge of plastic created by the snap-apart design. While I was able to take care of the injury on my own, I am left with a very deep and painful slice to my finger, caused by opening a package EXACTLY how it was designed to be opened. I’m letting you know about it because this design is downright idiotic.
