    To whom it may concern,

I am writing to follow up on my recent report regarding a serious health and safety concern with a plastic bin I received in my Temu order on August 19, 2025 (Case #[REDACTED]).

Upon opening the package, I was immediately overwhelmed by strong plastic fumes. The odor was so intense that it caused me to experience nausea, dizziness, weakness, chest discomfort and headache. These symptoms were significant enough to raise concerns about the safety of the product and the chemicals it may contain. I feel like my hands were also contaminated. They are numb. The itrm is a plastic storage bin 5 x3 x5 approximately.

I appreciate any help with this matter. I’m fearful someone else could become ill. I plan to go to get treatment if I’m not feeling better. I hope you can investigate. However, due to the severity of my symptoms and the potential health risks, I am asking for help reporting this product. I am also prepared to return the item if provided with shipping cost, safety instructions and safety in resolving this matter promptly.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or documentation.

Thank you for your attention to this urgent issues. Sincerely

    [REDACTED]
