No incident, no one hurt Made Nov 22, 2025, sent to the company Dec 4, 2025, published by CPSC Dec 18, 2025
The product, in the report: GoGo Squeeze Yogurtz pouches 3oz strawberry.
My daughter has had two of these. Both times Ive opened it. The ring has ended up in her mouth while she sucks the yogurt out of the pouch, the ring breaks somehow and is not noticeable before giving it to my child . It in turn creates a choking hazard. Luckily, Ive caught it both times, but I will be watching that it does not happen again.

No one hurt Made Jul 1, 2011, published by CPSC Jul 26, 2011
The product, in the report: GoGoSqueez applesauce -- loose cap on top of plastic package, less than 1/2 inch.
No incident -- I am a pediatrician and in my office today a one year old was eating from a package of GoGoSqueez applesauce.
The cap is very tiny (probably less than 1/2 inch) and is not attached to the product. It is a significant choking hazard, especially since applesauce is a food often eaten by young children. This child’s mom told me that her child loved to put the cap on and off the tube!
