The product, in the report: Genuine Joe GJO56100CT Natural Sweetener Pure Cane Sugar, 20 oz Canister (8 packs of 3)
I was at work, in the break room serving myself a cup of coffee. I poured sugar into my coffee straight from the container. The container has a knock off plastic triangle. It was already open. The knock off triangle fell into my coffee. I didn’t notice it (I was talking to someone). The triangle sank and I didn’t notice it was there while stirring. This was a double shot expresso. When I got my second large sip the triangle went straight to my throat. I chocked for a few minutes until I was able to expel it.
This is a very dangerous situation. It may happen to somebody else.
