The product, in the report: Gatorade Gx plastic squeeze water bottle in marble color 30 oz
My 14 year old son was drinking water out of a Gatorade Gx plastic squeeze bottle at school and the silicone internal pressure flap piece dislodged and he swallowed it. We have 2 of these bottles and compared them and the one he was using is missing the internal piece and water now flows freely out of the bottle.

No incident, no one hurt Made Jan 25, 2024, sent to the company Jan 29, 2024, published by CPSC Feb 12, 2024
The product, in the report: Gatorade branded insulated squirt water bottle with orange cap. The bottle has a clear plastic outer coating with a gap for air/water and a background that is white in color with dots of green, a green wave of color and the signature Gatorade logo.
My son uses an insulated Gatorade squirt water bottle. Initially, it was noticed the exterior chamber filled with liquid, which I assumed was from hand-washing and a non-visible crack that allowed water penetration into the exterior part of the bottle only. The outside became spotted with mold as could be seen through the translucent exterior. Upon further inspection, the interior chamber separated, causing liquid to enter the outer chamber, commingling the drinking water used for hydration and the moldy water trapped in the outer chamber. This is dangerous as had I not known the interior chamber which is designed for potable liquids was broken, my son would have been drinking moldy, contaminated water. I reached out to Gatorade who denied a warranty claim because I did not have a receipt in spite of sending photographs of the defective product.
