The name of the product is : Earth’s best organic fruit yogurt smoothie. It comes in a plastic pouch and has a screw on cap, when you remove the cap there is a 1/2 inch tube. On the directions it says to serve right out of the pouch. When feeding 9 month old baby, he started crying. He had latched onto it as he would his bottle. I took it out of his mouth and felt it at the base of the tube is some sharp plastic that had cut his mouth. This product should not be put into a baby’s mouth ...ever...
