Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Dragon 4% Lidocaine Cream Here are some links to it online: [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

I bought a bottle of Dragon 4% Lidocaine Cream (marketed by Genomma Laboratories), and it did not have a child safety cap as required by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. The lot number of the bottle I bought is 1358-05-301, and it expires in May 2020. I’ve seen the product in [REDACTED]. I attach a photo of the product I bought.

I know that it should have a child safety cap because I learned of the [REDACTED] Lidocaine Cream recall last year after I bought the product. Dragon Lidocaine Cream has the same percentage of Lidocaine as [REDACTED].
