  1. No incident, no one hurt

Made Feb 27, 2023, sent to the company Mar 2, 2023, published by CPSC Mar 23, 2023

The product, in the report: Cirkul water bottle, 22 ounce clear plastic bottle with white and blue hard plastic lid. The original bottle kit came with 2 cartridges, Fit Sip Mixed Berry was one that started to grow mold as in attached picture, the 2nd cartridge I had that grew mold was Watermelon flavor purchased at a different time.

Cirkul water bottle with flavor cartridges. While using the Cirkul water bottle for multiple days, I noticed mold growing inside the sipper, I immediately changed cartridge which also changes out the sipper, and same thing happened again. I pulled the sipper part off of cartridge and found mold growing around gasket as well, since it happened to me more than once, it leads me to believe this product must have safety issues, drinking from a moldy bottle can’t be safe.
