The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: A Bluey three and one body wash shampoo and conditioner.

I purchased a Bluey three and one shampoo, body wash at Walmart, and the ears of the outside of the container are very sharp triangles that would injure a child if they fell on it in a tub. There were no injuries here, but I think this product will eventually injure a small child.

The product, in the report: Bluey 3in 1 body wash shampoo and conditioner is made by Centric Beauty LLC I personally bought in walmart. Hard plastic bottle in the shape of Bluey with hard pointy sharp ears.

I wanted to report the Bluey 3in1 Body wash shampoo and conditioner made by Centric Beauty LLC which I purchased at Walmart. It is in a 14 oz hard container with pointed plastic ears on it. The ears are sharp. And if a child were to slip and fall in the shower onto this bottle, the ears are in perfect position to poke both eyes out and go beyond the eyes. I am fearful this is a hazard if it were to happen. The company should have chosen a different style bottle but this is dangerous.
