As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Jun 2, 2025, sent to the company Jun 16, 2025, published by CPSC Jul 9, 2025

The product, in the report: Boogie Diaper Rash Cream Spray for Baby 1.7 oz. White, orange and green bottle.

Boogey Wipes Diaper Rash Spray is easily opened by child and can be easily injested. While I was changing my son he grabbed the bottle and opened it and poured it everywhere but he could have easily injested this. I had sprayed him with the product and was in the process of putting on his diaper. It appears to be safe because it has a lock on the spray bottle but it is not. The reason I am reporting is because when I contacted their company to warn them of this problem the response I got was: “I am so sorry to hear that your toddler opened the diaper rash spray. We strongly suggest that you keep the bottle away from children at all times. Have a nice week!” They clearly do not take this seriously.
