The product, in the report: 750ml bottle of wine
Last night around 11:00pm a bottle of Woodbridge merlot wine spontaneously exploded in our kitchen. Luckily no one was near the bottle so there were no injuries. The bottle exploded shooting what may have been a hundred or more glass shards and wine over an eight foot area of our kitchen . I contacted Woodbridge and they quickly offered me a $50 payment to cover the cost of having a throw rug cleaned. No one was hurt, but this was an extremely dangerous situation. Had someone been standing near the bottle, I’m certain they would have been severely injured. If requested, I can send you a photo of the remaining parts of the bottle.
