Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Miller Lite Beer Bottle

A client of mine drank beer from a Miller Lite bottle. Inside the bottle there were shards of glass. She swallowed some and spit out some. We have the bottle and the glass. She was admitted to the ER overnight and, now a week later she is still has rectal bleeding. The number on the package is C1040131506. Exp date: June 1, 2026. You can see the glass bubble of what is left in the bottle. The CPSC should immediately investigate and recall these bottles before it harms someone else. Thank you.
