The product, in the report: Apotic Red wine blend Black bottle
I am wanting to report a defective product that occured in my home and I feel the company is not taking it seriously on my case. I had opened a Apotic wine bottle where it severed my thumb and index finger due to the cork not being removed when trying to uncork it. The bottle literally sliced in half where it took a chunck of my thumb skin off I had to go immediately to the Urgent care for treatment. I filed a complaint to the wine company the Monday after the Friday it happened. I even had the product of chain of custody receipt of someone picking the bottle up from my home after reporting the injury and bottle. I have been in contact with a claims adjustor however they are not responsive to wanting to close my case after all the evidence of me providing my medical records to them and billing information. I have a confirmation of them acknowledging they are at fault however again no response back from them.
