The product, in the report: Beer (packaging)
The consumer says the cardboard is formed over the 12 pack of beer. At the top there are slots to put your fingers in.
The problem is the top of the package lay right on the beer caps. When picking up the package by entering your fingers through the slots, the weight of the bottle pulls the package down.
When this happens it can pose a laceration hazard. The consumer has cut her finger and broken a fingernail. The consumer complained to the retailer who sort of just shrugged there shoulders.
