The product, in the report: Mainstays It’s a stainless steel 16 oz Insulated good jar

I purchased a stainless steel food container for both of my kids to take warm food to school. On Monday Nov. 1st 2021 I sent my daughter to school with bean soup. She ended up not eating it. I ended up trying to open the container on Tuesday Morning without any luck. Then on Tuesday night put the container on the counter for my fiance to open when he got from work. My mom finished washing dishes and transfered the container into the sink , and out of nowhere the container explodes open. The containers lid flew one side another piece flew the opposite side. Lucky it missed my ms face.
