Emergency room Made Jan 21, 2024, sent to the company Jan 25, 2024, published by CPSC Feb 8, 2024
The product, in the report: Meijer Brand Ibuprofen , 200 mg
Meijer Brand Ibuprofen - does NOT contain a child safety locking cap.
Our very busy body 2 year old got on to the kitchen counter top and took the bottle off the back of the counter and opened it, shoving two pills in her mouth. Thankfully she was caught and forced to spit the pills out. Poison control was contacted and we did make a trip to the emergency room to insure she did not ingest any. This incident happened within a matter of SECONDS.
