The product, in the report: Imodium AD. Loperamide Hydrochloride Tablets, 2 mg Anti-Diarrheal
I cut myself regularly. I take one Imodium pill daily to compensate for one of the side effects of my cancer drug: [REDACTED].
Imodium comes in a blister pack. I am unable to safely extract the pill from the blister. I have been using an exacto knife to cut the plastic of the blisters. The blister pack and the knife tend to slip and I receive a cut occasionally. I have tried following the instructions of bending of the pack per the instructions on the box. I have also tried using scissors unsuccessfully.
Contact with the manufacturer, Johnson and Johnson, did not result is any scheme to safely extract the pills, just an offer to refund the money I have spent to this time. I expect to take Imodium for the rest of my life, and that may be years as the [REDACTED] is working well. I need a solution, not a refund.
Johnson & Johnson sent me two letters requesting that I contact their Consumer Care Center at 1-800-962-5357 with reference numbers of [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]
