The product, in the report: Boon Triful Stainless Steel Baby Formula Stacker and Dispenser. Blue, light blue, light purple, with clear plastic top, and dark blue cap.
Purchased a product (Boon Triful Stainless Steel Baby Formula Stacker and Dispenser) to hold and easily dispense baby formula. After a couple uses, the top plastic piece cracked and some of the plastic fell into the formula. After reading all the reviews, everyone seems to have the same issue. It is very unsafe as babies can get small plastic pieces in their formula.
