The product, in the report: Lasting Coffee Leak Proof Dishwasher Safe Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug
Lasting Coffee Leak Proof Dishwasher Safe Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug...bought these mugs from Amazon.com. I reported to them on 5 separate occasions, when I screwed the lid on to the base of the travel mug with hot coffee in it...a few minutes later the lid blew off, once almost hitting my child in the eye and once spraying coffee all over the inside of my car.
Amazon said they would perform safety tests but would not share the information with me. In addition, I wrote a review about the cups being defective and thus far they have refused to publish it and refuse to respond to me!
