The product, in the report: camelback podium chill 21 oz insulated water bottle
My son while drinking water with his Camelbak Podium chill 21 oz water bottle, near choked itself, because the small blue silicon valve detached itself and went in his throat. During few minutes he was not able to breathe and we were not able help him throwing it out. Then suddenly he was able to swallow it. Fortunately he is fine now. The small valve went out the next day in the toilet. He has his face covered by blue point (rash) because he tried hard to throwing it and was not breathing.
