The product, in the report: The product are size medium heated glove liners. The product some with two black colored gloves, two Li-Polymer battery packs, and a dual charging cable.
On December 29th 2024 I opened my “Heated Gloves Liners for Men Women Rechargeable Battery Powered Gloves for Indoor Running Typing Driving Daily Activities that were part of order [REDACTED]. The product came with two gloves, two Li-Polymer battery packs and a charge cable. I began charging the battery packs on the provided charger and one of the batteries spontaneously ignited a few feet away from me. It was engulfed in a spraying orange flame ball. The fire alarm went off almost immediately. I ran over and grabbed a towel, smothered the fire and put it out. The room was filled with smoke. The floor was melted underneath where the battery ignited into flames and the wall was scorched from the flames.
