The product, in the report: Uline S-26037 Heated Seat Cushion
After using a heated seat cushion for around 3 hours on a cool morning while fishing, my wife had a burn on her buttock. The burn blistered and busted leaving a wet area on her pants the next morning. She had a stroke several years back and didn’t notice it was burning her due to lack of sensitivity on that side of her body. A device used for warmth should not get so hot as to cause burns.
