The product, in the report: Heating Pad

First your data base is corrupt I registered early this morning saved it yet it would not recognize me later. However when I gave up and tried to start all over it said I had already registered and I had to use another address.

A heating pad bought from Walmart does not turn off, I am on my fifth one and it does the same thing. Unless you unplug it gets dangerously hot!

The product, in the report: Kaz Softheat Heating Pad

I purchased a a Kaz Softheat heating pad. After using this product I incurred severe 2nd degree burns and may need skin grafting due to the severity of the burns. The pad has an auto shutoff. I don’t know if that doesn’t work or if the pad was manufactured in a defective manner. I am writing because I do not want someone else to experience the pain that I had for almost a month now from using a product that is advertised to help relieve pain.
