The product, in the report: Both heating pads are Renpho and our 24 x 33 in size.
I purchased two heating pads produced by Renpho. Shortly after this purchase, one of the heating pads cords came out and apart after very little use. The other one that I purchased made a loud popping sound and the cord was severed not far from the control. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. I called their number and and told that I have to email the company and then they call me back when Im not available and leave a message telling me to call them back and it seems like an endless loop.
