The product, in the report: Aiicioo Pet Bed Warmer Pet Heating Pad Turns Your Pet Bed into Heated Dod Bed & Cat Bed - Safe Low Volt Operation Sold by: [REDACTED] through Amazon.com Mfg is in China https://www.aiicioo.com/

I purchased a pet bed warmer through Amazon. The manufacturer is AIICIOO. We used it according to the instructions. I then started to notice that there were spots in my pets bed. On closer look, the fabric was being melted from the inside. Right away, I unplugged the unit and removed it from between the bed and the cover. When I pulled it out, there were multiple melted holes in the unit with wires popping out. This thing could have injured my pet or caused worse damage. I have pictures of the damaged heating pad
