No one hurt Made Dec 1, 2022, sent to the company Dec 6, 2022, published by CPSC Dec 20, 2022
The product, in the report: White gas insignia dryer
My insignia dryer that I purchased back in July 2021 started backing up with lint in the vent that could’ve caught on fire. It was also building up with moisture which was causing water under the dryer. The repair man came out and told me I had to keep taking the vent out to take the built up wet lint out or I would have a fire which I find her bizarre now four months later my one year warranty is expired and my dryer is making a scraping noise when it tumbles it. Sounds like the fan might be scraping inside the dryer and I’m not getting any help from anybody with customer service or from Best Buy. They told me I have to pay for it to get fixed myself when I feel that the dryer was a lemon from the very beginning

No one hurt Made Oct 26, 2021, sent to the company Oct 29, 2021, published by CPSC Nov 15, 2021
The product, in the report: Insignia 6.7 Cu. Fr. Front Load Electric and Gas Dryer - White. 42.9X27X30.1 in
The dryer gets so hot, even on low heat settings, and burns clothes & blankets etc. It gets so hot the clothes melt and are stuck to the back wall of the dryer. I fear that it 100% has the potential of starting a fire
