The product, in the report: 2022 SIMPLICITY PRESTIGE GARDEN TRACTOR, ORANGE/RED IN COLOR
Twice during the first two years of ownership, the left rear drive axle has sheared off causing the rear tire to fall off completely. This immediately causes the tractor to fall onto the tire bending fenders and other body parts as well as making the machine nearly impossible to move. First incident happened 09/29/2023 at 61.7 hours of use and simplicity took two months to repair it. Second incident happened on 08/17/2024 at 74.5 hours of use. Tractor is now in the shop a second time. Service advisor says the company refuses to buy the unit back and will simply repair it with the same faulty parts. Simplicity is no responsive to consumer complaints even though the product is under full warranty.
