The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Mahindra 2645 Cab Tractor

Fuel leaks on new Mahindra 2645 cab tractor. I purchased a new (2019 model) Mahindra 2645 cab tractor on December 29, 2020 from Fredricks Outdoor, 1312 S. Bethel Rd., Decatur, AL 35603. Upon returning home with the unit I noticed it had less than a 1/4 tank of fuel so I filled the tank. After filling the tank I noticed a strong odor of diesel fuel. Upon investigation I found the rear fuel tank unusable. I found every mounting point (six in total) on the tank to be broken. The plastic is actually broken and cracked around the inserts causing leaks in several areas. This is a safety concern as it is polluting the environment and could lead to a fire.
