The product, in the report: j.d. tractor 4044 R, green in color WITH CAB IN GREEN
Twice this has occurred when less that 525 hours on it. Left wheel with all lugs came out. Had to call JD , 2014 JD 4044 r tractor. Has happen again. This tractor was shipped from, La., to Al. once arrive in Alabama they stated done an inspection. When got home with the tractor a few days later wheel on left side came off. They came and got the tractor, then had to go over local office to corporate to get it fixed. Once I got the tractor to the dealer- ship I had them to air tight the front wheels and then they found the right wheels were extremely loose and they were tighten also as well as the back wheels.
The left wheel has came out again! This must be a safety issue here somehow? How would it keep doing this with just bushing hogging.
The front wheel left side came off the rim on county hwy as I was going to turn into my brother in laws drive way to get the tractor off the Road.. Wheel coming off could cause wreck of tractor and injury the person driving and/or killing people on side of road. This second time bushing on level land the left wheel came off.
