The product, in the report: 2018 John Deere 2025 auto connect mower deck and mechinisms

For the second time my 2018John Deere 2025 auto connect failed. The first time April of 2020 it failed it exploded and parts went flying everywhere. Luckily know was near when this occured. It was fixed by John Deere and they assured me a new style was put on and this would not occur again. Still being hesitant about product I check it frequently not wanting it to explode again. In this last check, I noticed it was about to fail again as evident by the outside seal was half broken off and the PTO was about to explode again in a matter of time. luckily I routinely check this because of previous potential serious accident could of happened. This is not the first thing that has failed on this tractor and luckily no one was injured or even killed. Which I have already reported to this agency.
