An investigation was conducted on October 7, 2026. The complaint is substantiated because attendance records for the week of September 28, 2026, showed an Early Childhood (EC) intern under the age of 18 working alone with one-year-old children, and an EC intern under the age of 18 was alone with toddlers in care during the visit.
Jul 27, 2026OCCL Standards Complaint: No Evidence to SubstantiateOn July 2, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint alleging noncompliance with weather guidelines. An investigation was conducted on July 13, 2026. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because the staff real time electronic communication log stated indoor play was required due to the weather, and all staff stated only indoor play occurred on July 2, 2026, due to the weather.
