  1. Emergency room

Made Feb 4, 2026, sent to the company Feb 9, 2026, published by CPSC Mar 3, 2026

The product, in the report: Bluey bath set

    To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a serious product safety complaint regarding the Bluey Cozy Time Bath Set (6 pieces) purchased online from Walmart (order date: December 26, 2025). The only company identified on the product and order information is Walmart.

Timeline / History of Events Evening: My daughter was using the Bluey Cozy Time Bath Set during her shower, as intended. Shortly after: I noticed a strong, unusual smell coming from her, and she began showing signs of discomfort. Later that night: My daughter complained of pain and irritation in her nose. Her condition worsened. Discovery: A piece from the bath set was found lodged inside her nose, causing injury and infection. Medical Emergency: Due to pain, swelling, and concern for infection, I immediately took her to the emergency room. ER Duration: We were in the emergency room from approximately 7:00 PM until 3:00 AM, waiting for care and monitoring her condition. I have medical records, timestamps, photos, and video proof documenting this visit and the injury.

This was the worst night of my life as a parent.

Harm Caused Nasal injury Infection Emergency room visit Severe pain and emotional distress to my child Extreme emotional distress to our family

This product is marketed toward children and used during bathing, yet it presents a serious inhalation, choking, and infection hazard. A childrens bath product should never contain components that can enter a childs nose or body so easily.

    Public Safety Warning

I strongly believe this product is NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN.

I urge parents and caregivers: DO NOT buy this product If you already own it, throw it away immediately Do not allow children to use it under any circumstances, especially during bathing or showering

Requested Action 1. Immediate investigation into this product 2. Review of its design, materials, and safety standards 3. Instructions for submitting medical documentation 4. Appropriate compensation for medical expenses and harm caused 5. Immediate action to prevent other children from being injured

I will be providing photos, videos, and ER documentation to support this complaint.

This matter requires urgent attention. Childrens safety is at risk.
