The product, in the report: Old Spice Hair and Body Wash 2-in-1 High Endurance Crisp Scent 18 fl oz
I was bathing and opened the product to obtain some shampoo. Upon realizing I did not dispense enough, I went to reopen the product, and it was exceedingly difficult to do so. I managed to open it, but in the process of doing so, gouged my thumb, pulling loose about a 1/4cm long flap of skin and causing bleeding.
