The product, in the report: tube of fabric glue included in jewelry making set

We purchased a kid’s jewelry making set from Costco called Ultimate Jewelry Studio, manufactured by Horizon Group USA, Inc, lot #56567. Their product item is #56567. The kit includes a small tube of fabric glue. Our daughter, 10 yrs, opened the tube of glue tonight and it sprayed directly into both of her eyes and on her face. the top of the tube of glue was difficult to remove, so I believe the pressure of gripping the tube in an effort to remove the top caused the explosion.

There is no first aid information included in the kit on how to treat children for exposure to this chemical. I checked the manufacturer website and there is no information listed there. I called the manufacturer 800# and there is no after hour support. I googled in an effort to locate an MSDS sheet for the product and could not find one after multiple attempts. Ultimately, I found what is hopefully a similar fabric glue and followed its first aid instructions.
