The product, in the report: RoseArt EXTREME 3D 3-in-1 Spin Art. Contains 3D Azuna optical illusion sheets, Color Reveal Sheets, and 3D Animals. Has 6 LED lights that flash while the paper spins.
My child received a RoseArt Extreme 3D 3-in-1 Spin Art for Christmas, my daughter decided to use it for the first time today. I put the batteries in it, loaded the paper, and turned on the lights and motor. She opened the first bottle of ink and used it properly, squeezing the bottle just enough to let a few drops out. She closed the lid and moved to the next bottle. She opened it, turned it upside down and squeezed. When she did this, just as she had previously done, the top of the bottle flew off causing the entire bottle to empty onto the spinning paper. The ink was splattered not only on my 4 year old daughter, but on myself, and my 18 month old who was nearby. It was splattered into my youngest daughters eyes and all over her face and neck. I had to immediately wash her eyes out, causing her to scream and cry. Im not sure if it was painful or not, having the ink in her eyes because she is too young to tell me. I put both children in the bath tub to wash them down as this was supposed to be “washable” ink. However, both of their faces, necks, and hands are stained with blue ink. I called the RoseArt company and they do not want to help me in any way with reporting this incident. All the woman was concerned with over the phone was explaining to me that they do not offer monetary reimbursement or that they could send a replacement product. My concern was not with money or a new toy for my daughter, it was to inform them that their product was unsafe. They did not care.
