The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

The product, in the report: Lockerbie Kick Wheel
I am an experienced ceramics teacher and was using a Lockerbie kick wheel when my left finger was suddenly dragged into the crevice between the spinning wheel head and the surrounding splash pan. There was no room for my finger with the space only 1/4” between the spinning wheel and the metal surrounding splash pan. My finger is crushed badly and my wrist is sprained. I am in constant pain with these injuries and I have limited use of my left hand, which is the injured one. Two of my students have since told me that a similar thing happened to them in the past, but they never told me: their fingers got caught between the wheel and the splash pan. One boy said he lost his finger nail. I’m sure that is the least that is going to result with my injury.
