The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Grafix glow swirling art set green box

I purchased Grafix Glow Swirling Art Set for my daughters for Christmas of 2013 and they opened this today to play with and as I tried to squeeze the paint out it shot directly into my eyes causing very painful burning, I then proceeded to wash the paint out. Later this evening I am still experiencing pain and itching and a headache. I’ve seen reports of this product before for the same reason.

The product, in the report: Grafix ‘Glow Swirling Art Set’

my son began playing with a new Grafix “Glow Swirling Art Set” when the first bottle of ‘swirl paint’ was opened it exploded and the paint and cap shot into his eye causing immense pain and subsequent eye injury. When an adult near him tried to understand the cause of the accident the second bottle to be opened also exploded with dramatic force, thankfully not in their face. This product has a history on the internet of the same injury from over 4 years ago and should be seriously investigated.
