The product, in the report: CP Toys Double Sided Easel, art easel with chalkboard, whiteboard, and roll of paper with 3 baskets underneath.
We received an art easel as a gift in 12/2010. After a couple of uses and about 6 months later, I noticed the easel was unstable and screw was coming out. As time slipped by, it became apparent that something was wrong and the easel falls down with the slightest touch from writing on the chalkboard or whiteboard.
It was finally on my list to contact the company. I was told that I waited too long, the item is no longer under warranty. I was informed that if I had contacted them in the beginning, they would have sent a repair kit to me, free of charge.
My question is, if there is a known repair kit, is the company aware that something is wrong with this product? It really is a hazard.
