The product, in the report: Costway Adjustable 2 in 1 wooden easel chalk drawing board black/white children kids

A child’s easel was purchased for my son’s second birthday. The legs broke within a couple weeks and it was typically used laying flat on the living room floor to doodle on. My 8 month old daughter would crawl onto the chalkboard surface while my son was drawing and touch it. At my daughter’s 9 month well visit they do a routine veinous lead test. She tested a 30 and has lead poisoning. The county health department came to inspect our apartment and found that the chalkboard surface of the easel was the source of the lead. We only had the product for 2 months and that brief exposure was enough to poison her.
