The product, in the report: This is a diatonic ( 10 hole ) harmonica

In June or July, I purchased a SEYDEL Blues G Harmonica at our local Quinn”s Music Store. It’s also identified as C.A. SEYDEL SOHNE on the name plate. Sound is generated by the vibration of small reeds as you blow or draw depending on the note you want. The reason for this memo is that on one of the draw notes the metal reed dislodged and got caught on my tongue nearly being ingested. I don’t know if I’d swallowed it what could have happened. None of our harmonica group have ever had this problem with any other brand of harp. I don’t know if this might be a quality control problem or just an isolated incident, but I thought you should be aware of this.
