The product, in the report: I purchased Tilami rolling back pack in Amazon on October 01,2022 with these Dimension & Capacity :**Dimension : 18.92 x 12.87 x 8.27 Weight: 4.9 lb. Capacity : 30 lb, 33 Liter ----Item model number ? : ? TL2019SG Department ? : ? Boys Date First Available ? : ? December 15, 2019 ---ASIN ? : ? B082RQT1CW------In the amazon’s website it states that this bag is good to be caried for kids starting from age four years old. Actually it is not good,because it will damage their bodies. This bag is MODEL# TL2019SG****.I will upload images for this bag here..I will also explain to you that this is a school bag that is intended to be for KIDS and it has both wheels and it can be carried as a backpack.......Indeed this TILAMI BAG it is so heavy by itself that it can only be rolled in a flat ground, but NOT be carried or lifted in anyway........... When my child only puts only a few books in this bag and the very small and thin laptop this bag becomes so heavy that it is hard to carry. Tilami bags do cause back and spinal problems to our kids, subsequently the Tilami manufacturers must be warned so they can take the precautionary actions in order to make these bags light weight ..........I have called Amazon and told them in regards to those issues,but I have not seen any improvements these bags are still for sale out there.My back HURTS each time I have to carry this bag up the stairs and downstairs and it only has a few note books on it. Please do something to help improve things for better! I am reporting it here,because this bag does cause SPINAL CORD DAMAGE TO OUR KIDS AND OTHERS THAT HAVE TO USE THEM.Thank you!
