   The product, in the report: THE PRODUCT IS LISTED IN THE AMAZON WEBSITE AS ’’ CANVASLOVE CANVAS WATERPROOF LAPTOP BACKPACK WITH MASSAGE CUSHION STRAPS AND USB CHARGING PORT FOR LAPTOP UP TO 15 INCH MEN AND WOMEN STUDENT OUTDOOR TRAVEL BACKPACK ( BIG BLUE ROSE). The bag is 16 inches long from the upper side to the bottom part and it is 13 inches wide from side to side. It has two back straps and the odor is located at the back side of the bag where the two shoulder straps are attached to.NO THE BAG WAS NOT DAMAGED or anything it was brand new when I opened it from the package. PLEASE INSPECT THE ENTIRE BRAND OF CANVASLOVE AND THEIR products their products are intoxicating and dangerous. It was also very hard to put this bag on and off as the shoulder straps had no elasticity on them and also to put a water bottle on the side pockets and to get the the water bottle out of them was hard to, because there is no elasticity on the pockets and I could twist the wrists of my hands while dealing overall with this defective intoxicating backpack. Our children in schools are using these backpacks too and these products need to be inspected and we have to hold the manufacturer responsible for all of these issues with these bags. ALSO PLEASE TELL THE PEOPLE ON CHARGE FOR THIS WEBSITE TO EXPAND THIS BOX HERE SO THAT WE CAN FREELY SEE THE ENTIRE MESSAGE AT THIS POINT TIME FOR ANY MISTAKES. THIS BOX IS VERY wide side to side but very short in the direction up and down, it needs to be EXPANDED.

   On 10-13-22 I purchased a backpack from Amazon.com tel # for AMAZON 866--321--8851,if you want to contact AMAZON VIA A PHONE CALL there is no way to speak with any customer service rep. from amazon UNLESS you have an account with them. Why is so? Please intervene.. This backpack that I got from AMAZON is from the brand” CANVASLOVE “ the name of this bag is CANVASLOVE CANVAS WATERPROOF LAPTOP BACKPACK WITH MASSAGE CUSHION STRAPS AND USB CHARGING PORT FOR LAPTOP UP TO 15 INCH MEN WOMEN STUDENT OUTDOOR BACKPACK (BIG BLUE ROSE) ..The product got delivered to my home sometime 10-20-22 **I opened the package and there were other items that had bad plastic chemical odors like the rain coat that I had purchased and returned due to its bad odor , so I thought that this CANVASLOVE BACKPACK got the odor from them. I washed the backpack and used it during the month of November of 2022, BUT the chemical plastic odor on this bag still remined there even after using this backpack for several weeks and washing it several times. The part of this bag that has the odor is the back of this bag where the two straps that we carry on the back are attached too, that is where I understood that there is something wrong with the inside layers of this bag, which must have been done with intoxicating cheap materials. Yes the odor of this bag made me nauseated and I am going to write that at the review page in AMAZON.com as an issue TO warn the other customers, so for those who can read the reviews in amazon they can see my review that this bag has a bad intoxicating odor and much more going on with it .... ANOTHER HUGE ISSUE WHICH MAKES THIS backpack a HAZARD is that even though I had adjusted its back shoulders in order to have more than enough length on them, they were still very stiff and tough to put on and take off my arms. There was no elasticity on them to kind a stretch a bit while taking the backpack OFF and while putting it on.****** Another issue was that when I tried to put even the thinner water bottle inside the side pockets of this bag and take the water bottle outside of the side pockets of this bag, I had more chances to twist my hand wrists than to insert the water bottle in and get the water bottle out of the side pockets of this backpack, those pockets are so narrow and they do not have any elastic materials on them to stretch at all. This is WHY I decided to report this bag here. I will save this bag on the side, in case if anyone wants the bag to verify its odor and the other issues with it. *****Out of this issue I please you to intervene for the website here , because at the second point here where it is asking us” When did this happen?” we can NOT INPUT THE DATE BY OUR OWN we only have to click at the calendar, in order to put the date. We MUST BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO INPUT THE DATE TOO and this box is so short in the dimension up and down. Indeed we need to see the entire text while writing our report, so to make sure we do not repeat any issues and so that we can easily correct any mistakes while we have the entire report in front of us.
