The product, in the report: Cloth draw string bag approximately 14 inches by 15 inches. Brown cloth back with brown handle at top and two small loops to hold draw string on each side. Front has loop large flowers with varied colors - purple, tan, beige, yellow, light green, light blue, salmon set on a brown background. Brown thick corded string. Gold colored “Bongo” sewed on front.
Our ten year old daughter received this item as a gift and had used it on occasion as an overnight bag. On June 20, 2011, she used it as a back pack for school. She rode her bike to and from school. On the way to school there was no incident. However, on the way home, the string cord slipped out of the loop and caused the bag to fall off her back and slide down her shoulder. This resulted in the string getting entangled in her front tire which caused the bike to abruptly stop. Our daughter flew over the handle bar head first scraping her left shoulder, chest and chin. The force of the fall resulted in a cracked bike helmet, twisted handle bar, abrasions, concussion and a fractured right mandible.
