The product, in the report: Potty Time With Elmo book, includes rewards chart & stickers, has Elmo in a cape and blue star undies on the front. Has 7 noise making buttons.

My 2 year old daughter was playing on the floor with her books. She had her “Potty Time With Elmo” book, published by Publications International, LTD - a book I purchased 2 months ago from a Target store that she has only played with all of 5 times. This book has buttons to make noises, which is where the problem lies - the battery cover came off into her hand today, exposing the 3 AG-13 button call batteries. I’m so greatful she handed me the book saying “broken” instead of eating the batteries. I tried replacing the cover and it is INCREDIBLY easy to pull off, even when screwed in.
