Consumer stated that while her 10 month old child was playing in her play yard she grab the book and lost her balance and fell face forward on the book which caused her to receive lacerations to cornea of her eye. She was taken to the Serria Vista emergency hospital where she was treated and sent home.
Consumer stated that she had not contacted the manufacturer as yet.
Consumer feels that this book is a safety hazard and should be reported.
